Migraine Relief Code Platinum

Functional genomics provides a scientifically grounded approach to understanding how your genes influence core neurological pathways—such as neurotransmitter signaling, inflammation regulation, mitochondrial function, and detoxification.

Rather than guessing which interventions might help, this data pinpoints where your neuronal systems are underperforming and allows for precise, evidence-based support to strengthen the cellular mechanisms that protect against migraines.

Migraine-Specific Genes

This isn’t generic ancestry testing—it’s advanced, functional genomic analysis that reveals actionable insights about the genes driving your migraines.

You'll learn exactly what your body needs to heal and thrive, so you can finally break free from the cycle of pain. Best of all? Your genetic testing is fully included in your Platinum tuition.

Weekly Live Zoom Calls with Dr. Barrett and

Your Healing Community

You're never on this journey alone. Each week, I’ll be there live to answer your questions, help you apply the course to your unique situation, and walk you through every step with clarity and compassion. These calls are your chance to get expert guidance in real time—alongside a supportive group of students who truly get it. Times and days vary to fit your schedule. You also have the option to schedule additional 1:1 Strategy Sessions.

Find your "Migraine Fingerprint"

Everyone with migraines has a unique root cause—I call yours the Migraine Fingerprint. That’s why one-size-fits-all treatments usually don’t work. In this course, I’ll give you personalized lab recommendations based on your symptoms, and you choose how much data you want. For the first time, you’ll have the power to order your own functional labs and uncover the real reasons behind your migraines—so you can finally take a targeted, science-based path to healing.

Leaky Gut Fix

Did you know that 70% of people with migraines also have gut issues? Leaky gut is a hidden driver of inflammation —and for many, it’s a key root cause of their headaches. In my course, I’ll guide you through the most effective protocols to heal your gut and reduce migraines.

👉 Watch my YouTube video about what leaky gut is, how it might be affecting your brain, and whether it could be piece of your migraine puzzle.

Detox Protocols

Happy neurons need clean fuel—and that means clearing out the toxins that silently steal their energy. When your brain is overloaded with chemicals, mold, or other hidden stressors, your neurons can’t fire properly, recover from stress, or protect you from migraine attacks.

Detox is the key—but it’s not as simple as drinking celery juice or doing a quick cleanse. True detox is complex, and it has to be done the right way, with the right support.

Understand your Neurotransmitters

Understanding how your neurotransmitter pathways—like serotonin and dopamine—function is a game-changer for migraine relief. These chemical messengers regulate everything from pain perception to mood, sleep, and hormonal balance, all of which play a role in migraine vulnerability.

When you uncover how your body makes, uses, and breaks down these neurotransmitters, you can target the specific imbalances contributing to your headaches.

Yoga and Meditation for Migraine

Meditation and yoga are powerful tools for migraine relief, and I personally guide these practices to help calm your nervous system, lower stress, and support hormonal balance—key steps in reducing migraine frequency. Even a few minutes can make a difference.

🧘‍♀️ Listen to my podcast for a guided meditation on my podcast and experience how this practice can support your healing.

Smart Devices

Smart devices like the Oura Ring can help you reduce migraines by tracking your sleep — one of the most important and often overlooked migraine triggers. By showing you how much deep and REM sleep you're getting, it helps you spot patterns, improve recovery, and prevent attacks before they start.

👉 Watch my interview with the National Headache Foundation on YouTube to see how sleep tracking can support your migraine healing journey.

How long do I have access to the Course?

The course is designed to be completed in 3 months, but you’ll have 6 months of full access to all course materials and Zoom call recordings.

And if you'd like continued support after that, you're welcome to keep attending the live weekly Q&A Zoom calls for a small monthly fee.

Can I use FLEX/HSA Funds?

Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA funds to pay for the course. Many participants have used their Health Savings or Flexible Spending Accounts without any issues.

If you need a detailed receipt or documentation for reimbursement, just let us know—we’re happy to provide it.

Do you offer a guarantee?

While we don’t guarantee specific health outcomes (since everyone’s body is unique), we do guarantee that you’ll learn the most up-to-date, evidence-based ways to use your genetics to support healing at the cellular level.

You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of your own biochemistry—how your genes impact things like inflammation, detox, neurotransmitters, and more—and how to use that knowledge to guide real, personalized change.

If you're committed to learning and applying the material, this can be a powerful step forward in your migraine recovery.

Will Dr. Barrett be my Neurologist?

No, she won’t be acting as your neurologist or prescribing medication.

Her role in this program is to educate and guide you on how to access and use advanced testing—like genetic and functional labs—that are available without a doctor’s prescription.

You’ll learn how to interpret your own data and make informed decisions about your health, but your doctor remains your primary medical provider and the one responsible for your prescriptions and clinical care.

I had genetic testing done through 23andME - will that work?

Great question—and the answer is no, not for this program.

While 23andMe offers general ancestry and health information, it doesn’t include the specific genes or SNPs we focus on in this course—the ones that directly influence migraine pathways like serotonin signaling, detoxification, inflammation, and mitochondrial health.

The testing used in this course is more comprehensive and clinically relevant. It was designed specifically to uncover the root causes of migraines at the cellular and biochemical level, so we can create a personalized plan to support your brain.

Don’t worry—ordering the right test is simple, and I walk you through it step-by-step once you enroll.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

You’ll want to set aside about 3 hours per week:

*1 hour of on-demand video lessons that you can watch anytime
*2 hours of live Zoom calls (a weekly Q&A and a yoga and meditation class) at varying times

The course is designed to fit into a busy life—you can go at your own pace, and you won’t fall behind. You will likely spend time adjusting your health habits as well, such as how you cook.
