Daily Yoga and Meditation
We will do gentle yoga + restoratives to nurture your body.
We will focus on long holds, deep breaths, and relieving the knots in your muscles from the hustle and bustle of modern day life.
This will be all-levels yoga, no experience needed. Modifications will be provided for advanced students.
When you register, I will send you a link to check the stress chemicals in your body. It's a simple saliva test you can do at home!
On the retreat, I'll guide you through how to interpret your results. You can repeat your testing any time, and watch your body heal.
Eco-excursions
Whale watching, hikes to a local waterfall... bring a partner and spend the afternoons and evenings exploring!
Foods to support brain health
We will dine like royalty.... Xinalani offers unbelievably good food, and they can accommodate food sensitivities as well.
Tuesday, September 17 Arrive in Puerto Vallarta and meet your private driver to take you to the boat dock for your first adventure - getting to Xinalani! It's about 45 minutes away by boat. Meet new friends at dinner and relax, unwind, and prepare your body and mind for transformation. We will have a bonfire on the beach for our opening ceremony.
Our days will flow like this:
7-8: Coffee, Tea, and light snacks
8-10: Gentle yoga + restoratives + journaling
10-11: Brunch - N - Learn Class about the science of stress reduction + smart devices
11-12: Meditation
Afternoons free for massage or other body work, cooking classes, resting by the pool, kayaking, swimming in the ocean, surf lessons, scuba/snorkel, or hiking to a local waterfall.
7:30 Dinner with new friends at Xinalani (optional)
Saturday Depart for Home, well-rested and energized

Q: Where is Xinalani Retreat Center?
A: It's about 45 minutes by boat from Puerto Vallarta. Your package includes airport transfers. Your feet will get wet when you get off the boat, so make sure you change into shorts at the airport! The staff will carry your bags off the boat for you.
Q: Do I need a Covid vaccination or a negative test?
A: No, you do not need to be vaccinated or show proof of a negative Covid test to enter Mexico or to return to the US
Q: How many people will be on the retreat?
A: There will be about a dozen of us, but there will be other peopel at the Resort.

Q: Is this retreat handicap accessible?
A: Unfortunately no, it is not.
Q: What if I can't come because of COVID or another reason?
A: You will be given full credit towards next year's retreat.

A: Absolutely. I eat gluten-free, adn I have always eaten the fresh food there and I've never gotten sick
Q: Umm, isn't Dr. B a doctor? Can she teach yoga?
A: Yep! I've been an RYT-200 certified teacher for 5 years teaching online classes to students all over the world
Q: What is not included?
A: Airfare to and from Puerto Vallarta, and also any spa services (which I highly recommend, their therapists are amaaaazing!)
